Acceptance is at the discretion of Biobrasil Energias Limpas S/A “BBEL”. Please complete this preliminary qualification form and once your application has been reviewed and approved by “BBEL” you will be contacted to discuss a business opportunity.

“BBEL” will not disclose personal information about you to companies outside “BBEL” without participants’ consent, or unless we are required to do by law. If we need to share personal information with third parties in order to provide a service to participants, we require them to adhere to the “BBEL” our BioFlora Mutual Fund Policy.

1 “BBEL” proposed opportunities are carefully suggested for the participants looking to prosper from CRA acquisition while minimizing the investor's involvement and risk yet maximizing returns.

2. As in any investment in new business carries risks as well as the possibility of high rewards. “BBEL” will use reasonable efforts to comply with this privacy policy and will take prompt corrective action when it learns of any failure to comply with our privacy policy.  We welcome user feedback on any privacy concerns you may have, and on how to improve our services generally.  In light of the above and because of the complex and constantly changing nature of our technology and business, “BBEL” does not guarantee error-free performance under this privacy policy. “BBEL” and/or its associates shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages relating to this privacy policy.  Note: As a participant using our service, you will not be solicited or approached by our executives for any reason other than to sincerely request details for specifically providing valuable information concerning an opportunity in our company. Any person found using this service for any other the above mentioned reason will be immediately removed from our management team.
